At Arlim Shop, your satisfaction means everything to us.
We stand behind the quality of our products — but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions on how to send your package back

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care, LED, or electronic products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous products (e.g., flammable or aerosol items)

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item?
The simplest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

🌍 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via the contact method provided during checkout.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
